How to Request Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your account and associated data from My Stream Agenda, please send an email to [email protected].

Please include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line of your email to help us process your request efficiently.

Data We Delete and Retain

Upon receiving your data deletion request, we will proceed to delete all personal information associated with your account. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Your username
  • Your email address
  • Your avatar/profile picture
  • Any linked social media account details (e.g., Twitch ID, Google ID)
  • Contact preferences and authentication data

Events that you have created on the My Stream Agenda platform will not be deleted. Instead, these events will be dissociated from your account and attributed to a "ghost user." This means the event will remain visible on the platform, but there will be no traceable link back to your personal information.

We aim to complete all data deletion requests promptly. There will be no further trace of your personal user data within our systems once the process is complete, beyond any data we are legally required to retain (which typically does not include personal user data for this type of request).
